Volatility: High. ELK Studios classifies Pirots 4 as a high-volatility build. Practically that means:
- Dry runs of 30-50 spins without a meaningful win are common.
- Big spins (100×+) occur roughly 1 in 250-400 spins in our testing.
- Bonus features hit roughly 1 in 150-200 spins naturally.
- Bankroll requirement scales accordingly — plan for 200×+ your bet in funds.
This is not a slow-burn low-vol pokie. If you want frequent small wins, look elsewhere. If you want chunky payouts and meaningful bonus rounds, this is the brief.

Grid and mechanic
6×6 grid. Pirots 4 displays 36 cells total, all visible at once. There are no traditional paylines. Wins come from the four-parrot collection mechanic:
- Gems land on cells.
- Parrots move around the grid (one walk per spin).
- Each parrot picks up gems matching its colour.
- Collected gems fill a per-parrot meter.
- Filled meters trigger upgrades, multipliers, or feature unlocks.
- Stacked collections across multiple parrots compound into bigger wins.
The collection mechanic replaces the read-left-to-right line check entirely. You don't need to learn paylines. You watch the parrots.
Max win
Max win: 10,000× stake. From a A$10 bet that's A$100,000. From a A$1 bet that's A$10,000.
Reachable mostly through top-tier X-iter feature buys where all four parrots are boosted and multipliers peak. Theoretical ceiling — most top-tier rounds land between 50× and 500×.
